Cancellation Policy

1. The Cleaning Plan covers deep cleaning of the key areas specified in the chosen service description. Once your booking is confirmed, a team member will contact you to review the details and confirm what is included, ensuring all your cleaning needs are clearly understood and addressed. 2. Payment: Payment will be made only after the completion of the job. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or Revolut. In cases where the address is located far from our service area, a deposit may be required before the appointment. 3. Booking and Cancellations: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. 4. Service Availability: This plan is subject to availability and may not be applicable on all dates. 5. Additional Services: Any extra services not included in this plan will be charged separately. 6.Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring the area is clear of obstacles prior to the cleaning appointment. 7.
